Ellerhold’s labels are produced in high-quality offset print. Our Alprinta 74V and Rapida 106 use the latest technologies, facilitating production with up to eight colours plus an inline coating unit for reel-fed and sheet-fed offset print.

The label market has undergone changes in recent years. Drinks manufacturers in particular need information labels made of film material on their PET bottles. In addition to fine-quality paper labels, labels made of transparent film and OPP are also in demand. Nowadays, almost all drinks manufacturers require both forms of labels. That’s why we have invested considerable sums in label printing in recent years, making us a reliable supplier of both standard paper labels and trendy film labels.
Reel-fed offset printing
Our variable-format Alprinta reel-fed offset press is ideally suited for producing labels from the roll in a near infinite variety of formats. Its main advantage lies in the fact that it can print in lengths ranging anywhere from 50 to 70 cm. It can also work with a wide array of printable substrates, including paper, film and composite materials of between 10 and 350 μm.
Sheet-fed offset printing
Our Rapida 106 turns out paper and film labels with a print rate of up to 18,000 sheets per hour, making it hard to beat in terms of speed.
